We are glad to inform you that, finally., a solution has been found to the problem of granting Escrituras for the plots you own, which so much worried us all.
So there is no problem now stopping you getting the Title Deeds for your plots.
The Committee has the intention of granting them all the sooner the better, for, if we have this time managed to solve all juridical problems preventing their granting, maybe later we might have further problems (death of some of the grantors, revocation of powers...), which would not only make it impossible to grant them then, but also it would take us a lot more time to solve the new problems that would arise-
As you know, the granting of the Escrituras allows you to be registered as the actual owner of the property, as well as to transfer it (sell it, give it on to sons, etc,.) any time you want.
On the other hand, the Committee begs you to solve this problem the sooner the better. Thus, you would make it. easier to proceed judicially against the potential debtors, for the Committee could then act directly on their registered plots .
The price to be paid to Misol Park’s Lawyers, including the translation before the Notary, will be reduced if we do them all at the same time, for it would only cost 23,000 pta. then, per each Deed, plus Notary expenses, which would in any case be less than 2O,000 pta -
