Addendum to invoice 603 31/07/2004   Mi Sol Park.

In order to complete the pre-audit assessment of the accounts for the period 1^st January to 31^st December 2002 the following information is required:

The President's weekly and monthly records for the rest of the year June to December 2002.

The cheque book stubs for the whole period 1^st January to 31^st December 2002.

Suppliers' invoices for the whole period 1^st January to 31^st December 2002 paid and outstanding.

A copy of the Annual Accounts that were presented as the final accounts for the year 2002 at the AGM in 2003.

Any other information that may be required during the assessment.

If the above information is not all available at once then supply of anything as it comes to hand will enable further work to be undertaken.

El aditamento para facturar 603 31/07/2004 Mi Sol Park. 

Para completar la valoración del pre-auditoria de las cuentas para el período 1 enero a 31 el 2002 de diciembre la información siguiente se requiere: 

El por semana del Presidente y los archivos mensuales para el resto del junio del año al 2002 de diciembre. 

Los talones de libro de cheque para el período entero 1 enero a 31 el 2002 de diciembre. 

Las facturas de proveedores para el período entero 1 enero a 31 el 2002 de diciembre pagado y excelente. 

Una copia de las Cuentas Anuales que se presentaron como las cuentas finales durante el año 2002 al AGM en 2003. 

Cualquier otra información que puede requerirse durante la valoración. 

Si la información anterior no está en seguida entonces todo disponible el suministro de algo como él viene a dar permitirá emprender el trabajo extenso.
